When to Scale vs. When to Fix
Turning Performance Insights Into the Right Action
Evaluating campaign performance is only valuable if it leads to the right decisions.
After reviewing KPIs, trends, and attribution signals, specialists must decide what to do next. In most situations, the decision falls into one of two categories:
- Scaling performance — increasing investment in campaigns that are working
- Fixing performance — identifying and resolving elements that limit results
Making the wrong decision at this stage can either limit growth or waste budget. Scaling too early can amplify inefficiencies, while fixing too aggressively can disrupt campaigns that simply need more time to stabilize.
The key is understanding which signals indicate growth potential and which signals indicate structural problems.
